The full authority path

Your work.
Your decisions.
Every stage.

Bring a seed, a finished script, a treatment, a visual bible, footage or a production already underway. Full creative control is not an exception—it is the first operating mode.

ORIGINATING CREATORFINAL CREATIVE AUTHORITY
  1. Approve
  2. Revise
  3. Pause
  4. Lock
  5. Delegate
Nothing advances beyond the authority you grant.

Begin where the work is

Bring your own.
Build from there.

You do not need to surrender a script to use the studio, and you do not need to begin from a blank page. The source remains identifiable, traceable and governed by your rights and instructions.

01

Seed or idea

Begin before the form is fixed. RORI helps find the dramatic, visual and production spine without claiming authorship of it.

02

Script or treatment

Bring your own screenplay, series bible, treatment or adaptation. You decide what is open for development and what is locked.

03

World and assets

Begin from a visual bible, characters, designs, music, footage, research or an established creative language.

04

Production underway

Enter midstream with a cut, sequence, campaign or production problem. RORI assembles only the departments the work requires.

Nine stages / one legible authority

See the whole path.
Control every handoff.

Director Control makes every stage an explicit human gate. The same underlying record survives when you choose a less intervention-heavy mode.

  1. 01

    Authority & source

Identify the Originating Creator, rights position, source materials and the exact authority RORI receives.

    Release authorisation

Control is a choice, not a penalty

One production.
Three working relationships.

01 / Every stage

Director Control

RORI prepares evidence and options, then stops. You approve, revise, pause, lock or delegate before the production advances.

Default full-control path
02 / Named milestones

Co-directed

RORI carries agreed routine work and returns at scheduled creative milestones, conflicts and mandatory gates.

03 / Exceptions & gates

Autopilot Pilot

RORI continues through reversible work inside the charter, stopping for rights, meaning, spend, master and release.

Reserved decisions

Delegation never means
creative drift.

Your Production Charter records the non-negotiables: what the work means, what may change, which source is authoritative, who may decide and where RORI must stop.

  • Your script is not rewritten unless you authorise script development.
  • Locked material remains locked and source versions remain traceable.
  • Delegated decisions can be bounded by department, stage, cost or time.
  • Rights, consent, likeness, culture, final master and release remain named human decisions.
  • You can return to Director Control at any open stage.

Enter with control intact

Bring the script.
Keep the authority.

Begin with a non-confidential note. Nothing is uploaded, no rights transfer, and no production agreement is created by making contact.
