Project 001 / The First Mark

The moment
before the mark.

A Director watches a take. The camera holds. In a close-up, the smallest movement has to belong.

CORE MOTION READYDIRECTOR ACCEPTED

Director-accepted motion from a film in production.

01 / The Director close-up

One frame.
A performance to preserve.

Current

This is the source frame for the motion above. The direction protects the Director’s identity, framing and light, with no camera movement. The accepted result is preserved—not regenerated to manufacture a gesture.

02 / The stage environment

Space for
the story to begin.

Current

A separate shot in the same production. FM-SH-001 establishes the stage’s scale, geometry and atmosphere. It is not the source of the Director close-up.

Engine decision

Ideogram was selected for the still environment because this route best preserved the brief under its validated operating conditions.

Promptcraft evolution

Generic instruction became model-native direction: composition, material, atmosphere and explicit exclusions.

Mastering

FM-SH-001 became a locked still authority. Downstream work must preserve the approved visual decision.

Project 001 / Progress & provenance

Selected work.
A film still being made.

The shots shown here have their own records. Sequence, sound, finishing and final release remain separate creative decisions.

  1. 01 / Still images

    Two distinct shots.

The stage and the Director each have an approved source frame. Their file records keep the two histories separate.

    Selected stills · verified files
  2. 02 / Motion study

    An accepted piece of movement.

The clip shown above has passed Director review for core motion. That acceptance applies to this clip—not to a complete finished film.

  3. 03 / Complete film

    Still being made.

The final sequence, finishing and release approval remain outstanding. The finished film will appear here once approved.

Workflow evidence / Production in progress

Tested at
a defined scope.

Technical output and creative acceptance are different milestones.

Pilot

Music & score

Source-preserving score revision has been demonstrated. A reviewed revision remains provisional; no Project 001 scene score or final score has been accepted.

Pilot

Sound & Foley

A native Foley contribution has been generated and technically checked. Contextual sound design, synchronisation and final mix remain unapproved.

In development

Controlled motion

The SH06 VACE route executed but did not meet qualification. Its result is retained as process evidence, not advertised as a supported capability.

In development

Automated audio review

Automated listening remains experimental. Music quality and audiovisual synchronisation are not qualified for autonomous approval. Technical audio checks are not a listening review.
