Develop an idea into a production route.
RORI Autopilot / Design preview
Give it the charter.
Keep the authority.
RORI can develop, test and refine a production between deliberate approval gates—without asking you to manage every intermediate step. It cannot own the work, invent permission, enter agreements or release anything on your behalf.
This is the intended operating model. A complete production run has not yet been evidenced.Autopilot is optional
Want every decision?
Choose Director Control.
Full creative control remains available from source intake to release. RORI stops for your approval at every stage, whether you arrive with a seed, your own script or a production already underway.
Follow the full authority path ↗Start from the work you have
Not only a seed.
Preserve, develop or lock the writing under explicit authority.
Carry a world bible, footage, music, designs or research forward.
Enter at the stage where RORI is useful.
Choose the working relationship
One charter.
Three levels of intervention.
You see, direct and approve every creative stage. RORI prepares the work, evidence and options—but never advances the production without your instruction.
- RORI can continue with
- Research, organisation and bounded technical preparation for your review.
- RORI must stop for
- Every stage until the Originating Creator or named approval authority says continue.

The Production Charter
Not a magic prompt.
A decision envelope.
One clear commissioning session gives RORI enough authority to continue without repeatedly asking for details it can responsibly resolve. Rights investigation is optional; ordinary creative work does not require a licensing checkpoint or personal/commercial intent declaration.
Inside the charter
Autonomy is bounded
by authority.
- Explore and compare reversible directions
- Assemble the relevant department protocols
- Reject weaker candidate work
- Repair bounded craft and technical defects
- Maintain continuity and the decision ledger
- Prepare a candidate master for review
- A specific consent, privacy or safety boundary would be violated
- An external contact, purchase or contract lacks explicit authority
- Departments materially disagree about protected creative direction
- A required language or performance qualification is missing
- Spend, scope or risk exceeds the charter
- Final acceptance or release is imminent
A useful interruption
One conflict.
One answer needed.
The adapted line preserves literal meaning but changes the character’s social register in the target language. The Localisation Quality Cell objects; the timing route passes.
- Recommendation
- Protect character status and permit a two-frame subtitle extension.
- Your smallest decision
- May timing move by two frames to preserve the approved character voice?
Decision ledger / readable by people
What changed.
Why it changed.
- Decision
- Preserve the character’s status marker; extend subtitle timing.
- Alternatives rejected
- Literal compression; replacement idiom with incorrect regional register.
- Objection retained
- Timing specialist records a two-frame variance from the preferred reading envelope.
- Authority required
- Originating Creator plus named native-language editor.
- Reversibility
- Fully reversible until picture and subtitle lock.
- Release state
- Candidate only. Human acceptance and release authorisation outstanding.
Design the charter
Bring the work.
Choose how it moves.
Bring a seed, your own script or an existing production. Nothing is uploaded at this stage. Beginning a Production Charter transfers no rights and creates no production agreement.
